On Sat 19th I bought a J-board for my young son. When we got home and gave it to him it really was too big. I called the shop and they said that they did not have any of the smaller ones. I eventually found one somewhere else. So I took the board to Sportsman Woodmead getting myself worked up for a big fight to return this never been used board.
To my amazement when I walked into the shop and explained to the lady at the counter (name evades me sorry) my story her response was - no problem sir would you like a refund or to take something else. I nearly passed out. Have you ever tried to return something in SA. Most shops make it so difficult (especially the chains) yet here they were making it sooooo easy.
Everyone involved in the process made it such a pleasure that I DEFINITELY will go back their again to buy any sports related gear and I will tell everyone too (as I am now).
Well done Sportsman Warehouse management and Woodmead store for making it such an enjoyable experience - even when returning goods...
