BILLING FOR RETURNED GOODS

I ordered a Lee Comforter set (I think 17pce) in September or October 2012. In October I also ordered the Lee bathroom set (bath mats, towels and facecloths). The bathroom set was delivered first and I opened it and threw the box away. After waiting a long while I received the Lee bedroom set. It was a duvet cover and I ordered the comforter. I did not like the duvet set and decided to return the duvet set with the bathroom set to Homechoice together with a gift watch that was not working. I mailed it back to them on the 6th November 2012 and faxed them on the 9th November a covering note and the post office slip. Funny enough they credited me for the duvet set but not the bathroom set. I have been sending them e-mails and faxed them on numerous occasions. But yet they do not understand that the bathroom set and the duvet set was in ONE box. I am being harassed on a daily basis (up to 6 times a day) about the outstanding account. Every time I explain the same thing over and over and over again. I've gone through to a supervisor now but after speaking to her yesterday morning I've received 10 calls from them about the outstanding account. This is harassment.
