Having purchased hundreds of square meters of flooring from Floors direct for my home, I returned 10 boxes of stock that were delivered damaged. I was promised a refund, and in the process dealt with Junior, Ilana, Theunis, Natalie and finally with Japie.
The process was fraught with irregularities from Floors direct staff, and after going through the process and sending relevant documents I had as proof I was simply told that the company was placed under business rescue.
These events rolled out over a two year period, I personally find it reprehensible that they can refuse a legitimate refund of about R 3000, whilst still trading with the doors open to this day.
