I bought my wedding set a 3 piece set for cash and was very happy looking forward to my big day and was informed that l could return it for re sizing towards the time, of which they chose not to tell me about the extra charge was only told about engraving my name but any way i took it back and was only told that there was a R300 charge on the day of collection which i had not planned for and the manager was blunt that i could not take my ring without payment but had to open an account of which i did. I got the ring but the ring had been made smaller and i asked what they would do, was told i had to pay another 300 this is a total rip off why do the not specify all these little money making schemes of theirs. As of this kind of management style this lady really is something because she now claims she explained everything but why would i have to waste time in going back l would have been prepared, actions plus words that just puts the icing on the cake l don't think i will be going back there, unless maybe another branch. MY MINE MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN NO WEDDING RING AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED
