Goodday,
Our AMC Classic pots were handed in for polishing on Saturday, 20 July 2013 & was advised that it would be delivered to our home address with 4 to 6 weeks.

To date NO delivery as yet.

We called at the Goodwood Office on Friday, 30 August 2013 & handed a copy of the invoice to Christine, who promised to follow-up on the delivery. This did NOT happen!!!

We called her on Wednesday, 4 September 2013, where she acknowledged that nothing was done & promised to call us back, which also did not happen. She called a day later to apologise and said she would arrange for our pots to be delivered to the Goodwood Office, as this would be quicker than the home delivery.

We called her today and Christine advised that the delivery only takes place between 11:00 & 12:00 & would call us.

This type of service is totally unacceptable, especially when we have to keep calling as a customer, whereas the Supplier should be keeping the customer posted of the progress of the delivery - extremely disappointed customer.
