I purchased clothing for my daughter from Naartjies online store on the 29th August 2013, a week later I enquired when my order will be delivered and I was informed they were waiting for one item which I was informed would arrive on the 6th Sept. Eventually on Monday, the 9th Sept I had still not received my order or any feedback so I requested my order to be cancelled as I wanted the clothes for an overseas trip which my daughter has now gone on. No reply/ feedback. Now eventually after emailing again I am informed that they will credit me, I do not want a credit, I want a refund. Very poor customer service and very slow delivery/ no delivery!
