Pick 'n Pay has the huge red 'on promotion' stickers on products that are not marked down. When I asked the cashier she responded 'I don't know, do you want to leave it? ' I think that is bad customer service. I asked her to please check and she was very annoyed and asked me again, 'Why don't you just leave it? ' Is it wrong for a customer to question the price on a supposedly marked down item?
