Account paid however dicount offered not given

I was called by you collections company (Anthony Richards and Associates) to settle my account, they offered me a discount if i had made a once off payment. i have done this and to date i have not received the discount. I call them everyday and nobody seems to do anything about it. I have also called Edgars call centre and they cannot help me. Please could someone of higher management get into contact with myself urgently to resolve
