Absolutely disgusting immoral business ethics

A bed was purchased 2yrs ago in a branch in Joburg with the promise of a 15yr warranty.
Just after 2yrs the one side of began sagging badly (only 2 yrs and this was by no means a cheap bed!).
I recieved a ref. 176243 at a store. I was smsed some time after regarding someone coming to inspect the bed. I had to make myself available on a weekday for this. The person never showed up! Again a date was set and I had make myself available on a weekday. (weeks later) only to receive a call from someone saying he cannot find the address (he was looking for my Durban address in Joburg!!!) Once again, a 3rd time I had to be away from work. a gent showed up and said I have no mattress protector thus the entire 15yr warranty is null and void! He said that my warranty card stipulated this requirement which was nonsense as no such thing is mentioned in the warranty card! I received an sms a few days later saying? "It has come to our attention that your complain has been resolved"I have requested that someone contact me as the matter is in no way resolved but nothing! The bed is spotless and what does a mattress protector have to do with a structural defect???
