I bought a shoe and I complained that the shoe was not satifactory according to their standard policy, and the shoe was causing blisters on my feet and i lodged a complaint for the shoe with a factory fault. I have returned the shoe with the recipts within then 30 day peroid. I have been calling the shop to see what they can do with this issue and nothing is being done so it seems. I returned the shoe on the beginning on January and till this day (SEPTEMBER 7) there has been no respond from the shop about my shoe and whether they can solve my problem. May someone please assisst me.
