I had an account with Russells furniture which I settled somewhere in May 2011. Last month I received a call from someone from their head office telling me that I still owe them, I went to the branch to talk to the manager, to my surprise I was owing them R505.
The manger checked my profile and it was true that I settled the account 2years ago, she sent an email so that they stop to harass me. this month I got a statement again saying I am owing R495. Why all these resurfacing after 2years?
