Why do I never get a birthday voucher???

Hi,

I have been a loyal makro shopper for the last 5 years. I am yet to receive a birthday voucher.

Yet again another birthday has come and gone and still no voucher. My girlfriend has gotten a birthday voucher every year for the past 3 years!!!

Why are some customers treated differently to others?

I want a voucher or I will take the R3000 I spend at Makro annually to a retailer that cares!
