I have placed an order on the 30th of August 2013, and till today no delivery or any feedback for late delivery. I called call centre/orders on Tuesday the 3rd September to ask re my delivery and a man told me the order was in dispatch and I will receive the order on the Thursday the 5th or latest Friday the 6th of September 2013. No order was delivered. I called [URL Removed] on Friday 6th September, before 18h00 and a lady answered my call to inform me the status is still new order. She then took my cell number and promised that the floor manager or the person from the dispatch will call me on Saturday morning. Nobody called me. No emails. This is false advertising on their website. They advertise 1 working day, but this is more than a week with no response. Why do they take our money before hand and then do not care to let us know re our orders. this was my first order with them, the worst is you only hear about the bad service once you already paid. This is the worst internet service ever. I order goods from overseas and the service were 110% better.
