I have emailed and phoned fair cape customer service centre and untill know have not had any succesfull help and feed back due to fair cape milk not being deliverd to pick & pay sherwood gardens i was told that you are only allowed to supply milk to Pick & pay so why do you keep supply them if they do not deliver it to there shops maybe once or 2 a month if we are lucky then i have to buy 12 2liters because you do not know when you wil get milk again so i use my milk even after the exspiry date.i have contacted the pick & pay customer service call centre as well with out any succes and still the probleme consists and the fault is at the jhb depo bacause rachel at pick & pay sherwood gardens keep`s me informed as soon as they get the milk today she did phone to say sorry they only deliverd skim and low fat milk still know full cream and know the price have also increaced from R18.00 to R21.50 but no milk must we all stop buying all fair cape products and why do you not supply to the other shops as well.the owner from caroline hot fire shop phoned fair cape directly i gave him the number and they said sorry we are only allowed to supply to pick & pay and they dont care about custome
