I've been a loyal Homechoice customer since 2009 and this is my 8th order. I placed an order of the Monroe luggage sat last month and have been waiting for it to be delivered since then so I gave them a call today and was advised that my parcel had been delivered on the 22nd Aug 2013 and signed for by someone claiming to be me only that person gave the delivery guy an I'd no starting with 69 meaning she is born in 1969. Where it was delivered and how it accepted by someone other than myself is beyond me. Now Homechoice created a huge mess and an inconvenience because I have to go to the police station to obtain an affidavit. I can't believe they were that careless with my parcel and my gift was inside. I hope they are able to rectify their mistake. I hope this will be the last time I do business with them!!!
