On the 26th August I purchased a front load washing machine from game at Festival mall. I informed the sales rep that the washing machine was cheaper at House and Home. According to Games policy, they will beat any price. The sales rep said he could do nothing about that. However he included a bottle of Omo and a bottle of comfort conditioner, hardly what is promised by Game (see back of till slips)
The delivery of the unit arrived the following day however only at 20h15 that evening. This I consider an unreasonable time of night. In addition the 2 promotional items were not delivered as per the till slip and delivery note.
The following day I sent a complaint to Games customer care, I received a response a day latter with an apology and promise of a response from Game. Today on the 5th SEptember and after 3 emails to Game someone contacted me. A member informed me that the 2 items were apparently sent on the 29th via the same delivery service. It's now 10 days later and the items have still not arrived. Game Blair's the delivery company. I blame Game because I didn't procure the items from a delivery company but from Game, thus Game should take ownership of the poor service.
