Bad Service with NO Apology

Dear Peter,

I am angry over and beyond. The service I have experienced at Checkers Hyper, Grey Owl in Centurion is extremely disgusting. I have never experience such incompetence from the staff like this. On the 02/09/2013 I went to the store in the morning to purchase the soccer tickets for ther 24/09/2013 soccer match. I was told the tickets were not opened. I then called them over and over to enquire if they were opened. I eventually found out that the tickets were available but one of the cashiers had not opened the till hence they seemed unavailable. Today I went to the store to purchase the tickets and got there at 08:45am. 35 minuted later I left the shop unhapy with no tickets. This was not a systems issues. It was pure incompetence from this lady whom I keep getting at the money market called Lydia Mohoa, Tiro Thobajena and their clueless manager Patricia Naicker. Returning back to the shop to collect my tickets at 12pm, they have lost them. Instead of refunding and re-printing the tickets. They make me wait 45 minutes before they decided to re print the tickets becasue I had started shouting. Yolande van Wyk is THEE most useless Manager. Their service is appauling.
