Kleen Eezy is a retail store that supplies bulk cleaning products but also stocks huge range of wool and knitting accessories. They are a retail store as well as a wholesaler. I regularly go to Kleen Eezy to buy wool wholesale for our business, specially when I have urgent or special requests from clients within our business. Every time I shop there, I get the impression that the manager (not sure of her name, but an older lady with dark hair) is not happy with the fact that I am a wholesale buyer. I would like to point out to this lady that even though I am a wholesale buyer, I am still a customer and I deserve to be treated with the same respect you treat your retail customers. I left that store highly embarrassed, as the attitude and body language displayed by her, exuded her unhappiness at my presence in front of other clients, which was very unfair. I found her to be terribly rude and due to this fact I will never shop at Kleen Eezy again and would not send any potential customers to their store. In our business every customer is important to us and we treat our clients with the respect that they deserve. This lady needs a serious attitude adjustment.
