It seems as if most of the retail shops dont take their staff for customer care training, Saturday I went to buy sneakers from Sports scene, after trying them on we called the guy on the floor to give us the size we need, we called him several times he just ignored us and went to the door without saying anything, on his return I told him what he did was rude he should have atleast said Im coming or something, he then said to me I was going to collect my food, with an attitude. He gave us the sneakers and the other shoe was dirty and when we show him the dirt he said it was the last pair and he cannot ask people no to fit the shoes or if we want we can go and check at Total sport still with an attitude. We decided to take them since Total sports didnt have stock. We went to another shop around the Mall and we got the same sneakers at a lesser price and they were clean, my son returned the shoes back to sports scene and as if that was enough the lady at the till didnt want to exchange the shoes for him saying I must do the return myself bcoe I have to sign, I ask her so I cant send anyone to do the return if Im busy and she said yes.
