I bought a dual time Nixon watch from this store on Saturday only to find that it did not work later in the day. Upon returning to the shop on Sunday I was told that they did not have a replacement item.
I then looked at the other watches on display and was prepared to pay in more for another one, but after checking I found that this watch was also not working.
After talking to the staff, I requested a refund as they did not have an item to replace the one that I purchased and the other watch on display was also not working. They then called someone at another branch and I was told that I could not under any circumstances get a refund and that the watch needed to be sent for repairs.
I wonder if this chain has ever heard of the Consumer Protection Act???
