[URL Removed] ran a Birthday special last month, I found a pair of headphones I wanted (House of Marley Soul Rebel Midnight Headphones) priced at R 250.
I placed the order on 21 August 2013 and I received email confirmation of the purchase and my account was debited - Order number: 6401745
I then received an email on the 29th August stating: " Regrettably the following items have been cancelled." The reason given was 'out of stock' - I then went back onto the site and found the same pair of headphones for R 549 and I logged a query with the support desk on the same day and I have heard nothing since.
I'm sure there is some small print somewhere that covers them but I think it is really poor form on their part to allow a transaction to take place on an advertised price and then back track on that said price.
[URL Removed] clearly have stock of the item and to about the reason for non delivery makes it even worse, if this is the attitude of the company then I will be doing my on-line shopping elsewhere from now on.
