Too all concerned,
My fiance bought my engagement ring at the Sterns Richards Bay branch. As my wonderful luck would have it, a piece of my ring broke. I went into the branch and was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained my situation to them and was told not to worry they will do the best they can. They gave me the choice to either choose an alternative ring or try and find another one like the origional that may be at another branch. Needless to say I opted for the origional to be replaced as it has scentimental value as well.
My ring had arrived 2 days later... WOW how amazing. I am so thankful and pleased to all of you at Sterns, you made this experience a great one and would recommend you to everyone in Richards Bay!!!
