Pick n Pay going down or they down already

Am not sure whether I should say Pick n Pay is going down or they down already. Their service is appalling. Remind me never EVER to go to Pick n Pay again. Its sad how they open a new store everyday yet they cannot maintain and keep to their word with the current ones they have. Clearly it's going to be like score as soon as they done opening branches
