Everybody was excited to see Edgars Oudtshoorn open. Well it happened on the 29 Aug. Great, but that is where the happy fussy feeling ended.
Visited Edgars Oudtshoorn today at around 08:45, the store opens at 08:00. Got what I wanted and then went to the tills. Nobody behind the tills. In actual fact the guy standing infront of me said he has been waiting for a while. A lady behind the one till calls him and then disappears. Wait about another 10 min, then all of the people, I think that is suppose to work behind the till comes out. This is round about 09:00 or just after. Remember the store opens at 08:00. Great something wrong with the system or so I guess as we got no feedback. Nobody saying sorry, we have a glitch or anything like that.
Firstly, if you open your doors at 08:00 your tills also needs to be ready, not at 09:00. Secondly sort out all the problems before opening a new store. Thirdly, give feedback to the customers that are standing in the que.
Apparently there was an Edgars on Oudtshoorn a few years back, I can see why the closed there doors and why this one won't stay open for long.
