My brother, who lives in the UK, bought me a Nike GPS Sports Watch for my birthday. He bought it in the UK and brought it to South Africa to give to me.
It worked really well for almost a year. Then it started to give trouble. I contacted Nike SA and they asked me to send the watch to them. One week later they sent me a brand new watch. This is incredible for the following reason. The watch was not bought in SA and I had no proof of purchase.
Nike claim to be a global company who give global support to their customers. I experienced this in a very real way this week. Thank you Nike.
