On Tuesday 27 August I applied online for an account at House & Home, on Thursday 29 August House & home failed to notify me whether they even got my application and required documentation I sent through on the 27th. I phoned them just to be told the person to speak to is on another call and will phone me back as soon as possible. I then waited an hour before phoning back just to be told that a call center agent will phone me back. Another hour went by with no response where I had to phone in again. After 2 hours someone finally phoned me back but never had my application and only the documentation I sent through. I had to do the whole application over again and asked for all the required information to be emailed to me so that I can complete that as I didn't have all the information at hand (I already went through the tedious task). Another hour went by no response.
This is absolutely pathetic, if I never phoned in after 2 days no one would have contacted me. This is truly unacceptable and cannot believe how difficult it is to just get a simple response from House & home.
The online applications department has no idea what's going on or even willing to process my application.
