On 24 August 2013 I've purchased a 2 x Cotton Throw 150 x180 cm from Pep Home in Westgate. Upon payment of these items, I was charged 2 different amounts even though the items are the same!!! We've gone through the labels one line at a time...
I've requested to speak to the manager, whom was on leave. The assistant manager was unable to explain to me why the one product is more expensive than the other. She did not have an solution to my problem and just had to pay the higher price as I urgently needed the items.
Actions like this to me are, and is not expected from a company such as Pep!!!
I would like to get a proper explanation as to why these products have 2 different prices, and if so, receipt a refund on the over priced product.
