We bought 3 boxes of tiles from CTM Centurion, paid and was sent to the back to collect. There we were, standing like with no one to help us. Someone eventually pitched up and started to load the tiles in the back of our car. He then asked me to sign a slip to confirm receipt of the tiles.
Got home and opened the first box, three tiles broken. Open the second and third box and surprise, surprise... more broken tiles. So the builder took the boxes back for an exchange, but was told that I signed for it and the packaging was damaged/opened. So we wanted to buy new tiles, same range. "We are out of stock"... Nice! Needless to say, we paid for broken tiles and CTM was more than willing to keep our money. A lesson learnt. Never trust the tile guys... check every single tile.
