Debit order date change

I received an sms to-day advising my debit order will go off on 30th August 2012 as 1st September is a Sunday. I immediately called the call centre to advise them that this cannot happen as my funds only get paid into my account on 31st August, therefore the debit order will bounce. I will then have bank charges for returned debit order at my cost as well as the harassment of phone calls from Woolworth's advising me the debit order has bounced and this will reflect as a bad credit rating on both my Woolworth's's account and bank. The same thing happened in May 2012 and after a huge fight with Woolworth's they agreed that my debit order will only be debited on the 2nd of every month. This has obviously not been updated at the time and now I have the same problem.

The two people I spoke to one being the "Team Manager"just said sorry they understand but that is just the way it is, Woolworth's can change the debit order dates as they wish, could not care about the customer.

I find this totally unacceptable and am so stressed as Woolworths just said the debit order will have to bounce then I must go into a store and pay never mind that I live 70kms on a farm.
