Prices not as advertised

I researched e-readers on the internet and based price/performance decided to go for the Kobo Touch which was advertised on the internet page [URL Removed] for R1199. I then verified the closest store to me and went down to get it. They told me the price had gone up to R1299 on 24th August. I said I looked today and they said go back and check. I did, still R1199.

Not fair and not nice. May as well go for the kindle as it is similar in price.
