I do not commend Takealot every time I get good service since I buy from them regularly and *every* single time I'm impressed! Last week I ordered an item that they marked as "not in stock" and I agreed to a delivery date 12 working days or something later. For the price I got it (and I paid wit my eBucks) it was worth the wait. 4 days later I get an email that the package is on its way, and I got it later that day... Fantastic!
Ordered another item on Monday, it got sent out to their courier the same day, reached the provincial depot yesterday and this morning it got delivered. We were promised to have the item on Friday (since we don't live close to a main centre). Now that's how you do business!!
In all of my deelings with them I only had an issue once, and it was sorted out within half an hour. This is one company to look up to!!
