I had issues with my bed which was purchsed from Decofurn Fourways a litte over 3 months back.
Incident happened on sunday and was reported on Monday and by Tuesday morning I had two friendly gentlemen come to my house to fix the problem.
I find it extremely refreshing that there are still organisations that have a good aftersale service and are effecient in dealing with problems when they occur.
