Pre-Order Out of Stock?

How is it possible that firstly, the book Pippie, which was officially launched on the 24th of August, and said to be available from Kalahari on that date, was not dispatched on that date and secondly, that the item is now showing out of stock, yet I haven't even received my pre-ordered copy yet?

I am very disappointed in the way Kalahari has handled the release of a book written about one of South Africa's biggest Hero's.
