I'm referring to a call I received November 2011 for airtime for the amount of R15 to be billed on my Foschini account R50 and 25 sms sounded like an awesome deal so I obliged, I recently bought a BlackBerry Q5 and when I tried activating bbm I was having problems I called MTN my service provider and was informed that they cannot assist me as I'm not on prepaid I'm on contract I couldn't understand but they referred me TFG group as I have a contract with them all to find out that these to past years my prepaid number was converted into a contract number, I've sent numerous email made so many calls I still haven't received feedback after I logged a formal complaint, I was told I have to wait 30 days to be on prepaid, guess what that's not good enough for me, one 2 one changed my number without my consent as they were not forth coming with their sales representation, i want my prepaid number back I don't want any excuses. Foschini shouldn't have associations with this company as they to clients
