I arrived outside the store at 09:30 which supposed to open at 10:00. I then had to wait in my car as it was still early. At 09:55 I then went on to wait outside the store doors. Upon it reaching 10:00 the store doors where still closed. I still did wait outside as I noticed staff moving around inside. The time then moved on to 10:10 and the doors where still closed.
I then knocked on the door to try and inform the staff that its passed the store opening time but was just ignored as staff moved around inside the store. Finally at 10:17 the doors open. I requested to speak to the person in-charge by the name of hazel.
Hazel then informed me that they had a technical problem that's why there was a delay and that she was at the back of the store and did not realise that the store had not yet been open. That from my view is very bad service to us customers who get to the store on time but are delayed without any form of notice. On the other hand that's also poor management practise not knowing if your store is open or if your customers are kept informed.
This store has so far twice opened its doors late on me and I do not appreciate it.
