I purchased a 5 piece cast iron pot set from HomeChoice in June 2013.
After almost a month I received the order but one of the pots was the incorrect size which I had to send back. It's been another month almost and I have not yet received the replacement pot? Every time I follow up I get the same story "it's the courier" but surely if there is a problem with the courier you need to sort it out like use another courier to get it done? I have paid for this in June already so I do not understand why you get to keep my money and I still don't have my complete order? I would like to cancel this order as I am over waiting for a miracle to happen. Please send your courier to come fetch the order from me and please credit this order.
