I purchased good at Furniture City in Cresta on the 17 August. I was advised that delivery will be within 2 working days. I was expecting a deilvery on Tuesday but it didn't happen no a phone call. On Thursday 22 August, i received a call from the Warehouse advising that, they will deliver goods on Monday 26 August. I didn't approve that advised him that this is taking a week and asked delivery to be on Friday the 23 August but the guys i spoke to said he can do it on Saturday and also advised him that it should be in the morning cause am going somewher they won't be anyone. We agreed for Saturday Morning 24 August, the guy said he is going to make it first delivery. On Saturday i waited and no delivery came, then i went to the Store in Cresta after 1pm to query and when they check on the system, delivery is scheduled for the 26 August which is not according my agreement with the guy who called me. Tshepo from Cresta tried to calll everyone in the Warehouse and he later managed to get hold of Tumi, which he also said it will be on Monday. Tumi didn't help as i need the goods same day. Empty promises from the Warehouse, me& my wife, going to sleep on the floor cause of non delivery
