Faulty Squash Racket

I bought a Dunlop Blackstorm squash racket last year at your Gateway store on the 22 Nov 2012. After the first game I noticed that there was something loose inside the frame. On my next visit to Durban (I reside in Richards Bay, 180km away from Dbn) on 13/12/2012 I took the racket back. The store informed me that the sales rep must inspect the racket and I must leave it there. When I asked when the rep was going to inspect it they phoned him and he informed us that he will only be back 2013. He gave me permission to use the racket over the festive season and to return it with my next visit to Dbn. I then returned it on the 15/01/2013 and would now like to know when can I get my racket back, did the rep inspected the racket or what must I do. Because nobody has contacted me up untill today.
