POOR AND UNETHICAL SERVICW

Hi,

I am the Logistics Manager at Jodan Construction.

I had some new keys that needed to be cut for our offices so I went to have it
Done at the Mica here is Celtis Ridge.

The Guy said it will be done in 5 mins. So I went to fetch more items from another supplier
And got back to the store about half an hour later and it was still not Ready. The owner
A Muslim guy (Owner) asked me who we buy all our Hardware from and I told him we have accounts
With Chamberlain and Builders Warehouse. He then gave me the keys back and told me to
Go to them then as we purchase all the big items from Chamberlains and Builders yet we
Bring all the small stuff to him.

That's Terrible and unethical service if you ask me.
