Good day I did seqeustration in 2008 and got proof that a registered letter was send to American Swiss as they was on the list of creditors I had and then I did rehabilitation in 2012 and High Court Order was send to the credit bureuas, but it seems that after a year American Swiss still keep me liable for the debt that was suppose the be written off.
