I have logged a complain with Edgars regarding the account that has been closed on the 16 December 2012 that was not updated at Credit bureau as closed & paid up. I have been comunicating with Mohamed Jamaludien from the 08/08/2013 and he assured me that the update has been done on TransUnion and XDS.i have requested Mohamed Jamaludien to forward me the correspondence from the Credit Bureau so that i can see that it has been updated and he refuse to send me the e-mail. He is telling me that the e-mails are private and confidential. He is giving me a lousy excuse and do not believe that the update has been actioned. He is telling the account holder that the information is private and confidential. What is all this that i am getting from Edgars? If the records have been updated what are they hiding?
Edgars employees are so incompetent.
I am not impressed @ all.
Very disgranttled by Edgars.
