Woolworths Third Party Debt Recovery

Woolworths got an external recovery service to call me even though my account was paid in full and there wasn't a balance outstanding. On top of that, they tried to recover an amount from me for credit life insurance even though the balance has been zero on my account. Poor form Woolies and you have lost a client in me. This is not the first time I have received a call from Nationwide recovery services on an account that was a few days due (even though I have always made a larger payment than the required one). Whatever happened to Know Your Customer!
