I sent my cell phone for repairs 25 June 2013 at Edgars The Glen. I handed the phone to a guy named Bruno. He promised that someone will phone and update me with the status of repairs whether it's a replacement or repair. To this date no one from Edgars or Hollard their insurer has phone me. I went a number of times to the shop to check the phone and they can't seem to locate my phone. To make matters worse on the 20th Aug I went again to the shop and I was assisted by a guy called Khanyile whose name badge was written departmental Manager. He checked in the cupboard could not find my phone and promised to follow up with the repair company and revert to me (he took my numbers and phone details) needless to say he did not call me as promised. When I went to the shop today 21 Aug I was told it was his day off. I asked to speak to the store manager and I was told he is off duty. It is 2 months now I still don't have my phone. The service at The Glen Edgars is very disappointing.
