We received the weekly Makro catalogue in the mail, and discovered they were running a sale on some patio furniture.
The manager of the outdoor department was really on the ball and did a fantastic job. She ensured that a sales person assisted us and made sure they got the correct patio set for us, and then they took it from there. While we were waiting for the sales person to retrieve the patio furniture, we overheard the manager telling various different sales people what they should do, and what different customers wanted, and even knew that there was a customer having a look at some patio furniture on display outside the store.
I was blown away by what a fantastic job she is doing of running her department, and only wish that everyone in every store everywhere could follow her outstanding example.
I hope Makro appreciate and recognise the amazing job she is doing, and reward her accordingly.
