I have bought bed and other furniture at Russels in Kimberley, I struggled to get furniture from them for quiet some time and after a long time I got them when I threatened to cancel the deal. Now the Base that I bought got broken and I went back to he store and the admin lady and acting manager Paul, asked for receipts because they could find me on the system and said I didn't buy from them. I tried explaining to them that I bought on cash, I gave them receipts the following day and I was promised that the Rep from the manufacture will call me I haven't received a call even today.

I went to see Paul and he said he wont help me it is out of his hands, I tried telling him that I never bought from the supplier I seek help from him and he eventually told me in front of his staff that I can go wherever BUT he wont help me. I asked him if he said he wont help and he said yes... just like that. I went to him as a manager expecting him to be professional... He just left me there and go outside to smoke. I have seen bad service but Paul is worse, Now my Bed is still broken that means Paul meant it when he said he wont help me... I AM THABO NTSEBE
