My mother and I went to tile Africa a few months ago to purchase some tiles for the kitchen, when we got to Tile Africa we found the perfect tile. The guy we had hired to install them started the job a few days ago, and to our surprise the tiles we bought were not enough to fit the kitchen. We took a sample tile and drove to Springfield Park Tile Africa, we gave the sales man the tile and asked for two boxes. He got the boxes and placed them in our car, we were then asked to pay which we did! I was flabbergasted that the tiles were almost R200 more than what we paid a few months ago, nonetheless we paid and asked him if it was the exact tile and he gave us a big yes. We headed home so the tiler could finish the job. We left the tiles at home and went to attend a meeting. On our arrival we found the tiles that were sold to us weren't exactly the same design (hence the price increase). The sales man failed to inform us that they were out of stock and sold us a different tile, now we are stuck with a kitchen with two dirrerent tile designes. What's worse is we came to the store with a sample. Our kitchen is ruined and our money has gone down the draine
