I logged a complaint with hello peter on the 18th of january 2012, i had no responce, i called them on monday trying to find a way forward on this matter, they then sad my account was handed over to vertic with the telephone number:0127562444, i called this nuber to negotiate the account in which it was suppose to be closed by my insurance to my suprise these guys confirmed that they got no details with my id account number what so ever meaning my account was closed by ma insurence but lewis feel a need that i should pay it still, now my problem is that who is playing who here, i know very well that lewis will have to pay this account, not only that they handed the account over ton the other person that person has never even once contacted me for any payment arragements, no letter no notice that account is not closed, this vertic people dont even have my contact numbers my details my account number even, so i want that account closed, lewis is worst of them all, close that account.
