RE: DAMAGED APPLIANCES DUE TO POWER SURG

1. On the 09 August 2013 two employees of Bradlows Potchefstroom arrived at my home at about 09H00 and collected the damaged appliances without replacing them. Since the I have heard nothing from them.

2. This is the fourth month now without TV and radio system but my account is being debited every month of which is not fair. This month I paid as usual although I am not in possession of the equipment.

3. Can somebody from Bradlows explain to me as to why should I keep on paying for the services that I am not utilizing.

4. This has created me to have a constant friction with my family. I am now thinking of seeking legal advice from my lawyers concerning this matter.
