Bought a couch at the showroom in June. Showed the color I wanted and they confirmed it was in stock. Said I could get it in 2 days. Got a call that the couch was ready. Hired a trailer to collect. Got another call and was told that the wrong couch was delivered. Found out the staff member placed the wrong order! Manager loaned a couch as it would take 6 weeks to make my couch. Thought it was sorted-big mistake! I asked to Masterguard the couch BEFORE delivery for which I paid! Couch was delivered in July. Asked if it was Masterguarded and told yes. Some time later, get a call that they come to do the Masterguard. Obviously it was'nt done and they could'nt explain why not! On 15/08 they eventually came to do it. They moved the furniture to do it and looked like they were in a hurry. Sprayed the Masterguard unevenly in blotches-looked like something was spilled on the couch. When asked if that was correct I was told that's how to do it. They left in a hurry WITHOUT putting any furniture back and I found my brand new coach soiled by greasy dirt marks as the employees hands were dirty!!! Called and emailed showroom to no avail. Sitting with a half Masterguared and dirty couch which is supposed to be new!
