I requested my credit report today from the three biggest credit bureaus. When i received this report it came to my attention that Edgars Credit card has a default against my name for an account I settled more than two years ago!!! I tried to call them, but nobody was able to help me. How can they get a default against me if i where never notified of this? how can they get a default if i've paid the account??? this is truly madness! I've never seen such incompetence in my life.
The default was awarded after i've settled the account. Why have they not contacted me if there was an issue?
Now i have no idea how to get this off my name as they do not want to speak to me!
